Synopsis : case of retinal detachment with 180° giant retinal tear and 150° superior ciliary rupture,1 month after complicated cataract surgery in a pseudo phakic eye : endoscopy assisted vitrectomy , PFCL , silicone oil , cryo , June 2001; silicone oil removal september 2001; best corrected visual acuity , January 2002 : 20/25 , unchanged in March 2003.
