Interests of slit lamp for difficult capsulorhexis

The slit lamp is very useful for doing a capsulorhexis in difficult cases without blue trypan. We present different cases as white cataract, traumatic cataract or intra-vitreal hemorrhagy associated with lens surgery. This practice is fast, less expensive and without dilatation reduction along of anterior chamber variation during blue trypan injection. The technics is explained during the film.
