Expulsive choroidal hemorrhage: what NOT to do

This videofilm shows two surgeons who have been unprepared to respond to the occurrence of an intraoperative expulsive choroidal hemorrhage; the results were disastrous. The message is obvious: an intervention plan must be in place before the surgeon opens the eye.
