Expulsive choroidal hemorrhage: is this a problem no more?

With current cataract removal techniques, the risk of an intraoperative expulsive choroidal hemorrhage is much lower - but it is still not zero. This presentation discusses the precautions surgeons should take to minimize the risk and the steps that need to be taken should such a hemorrhage occur.
