Multiple surgeries in a complicated eye as a result of a perforating wound trauma

We present the case of a perforating eye trauma operated on multiple times:
1)Foreign body extraction and suture
2)PPV + Faco + LIO
3)RD: PPV + encircling band + silicone 1300 cps
4)Secondary glaucoma + silicone emulsification: Silicone oil extraction + F6H8 whashing out
5)RD: PPV + F6H8 tamponade. We observe a 360º vitreous base cyclitic membrane with annular RD
6)Endoscopic surgery
7)RD: 360º post-encircling band retinectomy + silicone oil 5000 cps.
