Sulcus sutured lens and pars plana vitrectomy

We present our technique of combined sulcus sutured lens and
pars plana vitrectomy (PPV). We use monoblock PMMA IOL if intraocular gas is
to be needed and acrylic foldable IOL in the rest of the cases. The lens may
be sutured before or after vitrectomy.
