Aspiration of lens fragments in the vitreous with a dual system without liquid perfluorocarbon

Following a complicated cataract surgery in an eye with pseudoexfoliation syndrome, the lens fragments fallen into the vitreous are aspirated one week later with a dual system controlling the aspiration and the cut rate without the help of liquid perfluorocarbons.
