Luxated IOL. How to extract it ?

Different types of PMMA IOL luxated into the vitreous can be extracted by vitrectomy with the use of heavy liquids. However, is this complex procedure always necessary? A simple technique of bimanuel extraction and reposition of IOL into the remnants of the capsular bag is presented in the video.
