This video demonstrates the management of dislocated double IOL( one of the dislocated IOL is a scleral fixated IOL the other dislocated IOL is on top of the retina), with retinal dethacment with severe PVR; includes the following techniques: epiretinal and subretinal proliferation, ILM peeling, retinotomy, liquid perfluorocarbon injection and endolaser.
