Municipal House, a national heritage building, is one of the most important Secession buildings in Prague. It stands in the very centre of the city, 50 metres from the Powder Tower where begins the pedestrian area. It is surrounded by hotels of different categories at walking distance.

The 8th EVRS Congress will be much more convenient regarding the exhibit space as in Venice. Fourteen rooms are surrounding the congress Amphitheatre communicating with each other ( as indicate on the floor map) but also allowing you to keep your confidentiality and then more interesting commercial exchanges. Each room has a specific aspect with a wonderful decoration. Coffee breaks & Lunches will be spreat out in the different rooms.

Tables and chairs will be provided . A small lamp will be displayed on each table. This will create an intimate atmosphere. Electric appliances will be of course supplied allowing you to plug in all your equipments. special eqipment can be organized upon your request (beer barel, espresso machine, wine bar ...).

The exhibitors hall will open on Saturday morning. You will then be able to set up your booth from Saturday morning. Booth dismantling will be possible on the Tuesday afternoon from 3 to 8pm. Each industrial specific location will be assigned by EVRS according to the specific request of each one and trying to respect the concurrence rules. A final floor plan will be given.

• Welcome Reception -- 15,000 EUR: The welcome reception will be a premiere event on Saturday, September 6, 2008. EVRS will work with the sponsor to create a valuable welcome event for delegates. The industry sponsorship will be highlighted by including company advertisement on the tables or other kind of advertisement upon request.

• Gala Dinner -- 25,000 EUR: The social highlight of the congress, this prestigious event takes place on the Monday evening, September 8, 2008 during the congress. Your company can gain visibility by sponsoring this event for delegates. Your company logo will appear on the menus and signage in an exclusive venue.

• Coffee Breaks -- 4,000 EUR Provide delegates with coffee during the morning and afternoon breaks and your company name and logo will appear on signage at the coffee stations.

• Internet Area -- 3,500 EUR The internet area is ranked as one of the most valuable areas of any meeting. Delegates can access their emails and the internet whilst visiting the exhibition. It can be put in an industry entire reserved room.
