Autologus Retinal Graft For A Large Traumatic Macular Hole: Initial Experience


ABSTRACT

To describe initial experience with the Autologus Retinal Graft technique for closure of a large traumatic macular hole. One case, with history of trauma of few Months, preoperative BCVA 1/60, large macular Hole with a base diameter of over 4000 microns. Postoperative BCVA improved to 20/100, with good integration of the graft with the surrounding retinal tissue, and well differentiation of the graft layers at the bed of the MH.
